It is one of the largest and greenest districts in the city. The Moncloa portion of the area borders Chamberi, has several institutional buildings and is where the Palacio de la Moncloa, the official residence of the Spanish Prime Minister, is located. To the west is Casa de Campo, a very large city park that used to be utilised as royal hunting grounds. In the northwest there is Aravaca, perhaps the most historic part of the district with a beautiful central square. Finally, Puerta de Hierro is located in the northern part. This area is comprised of an exclusive golf club, the Zarzuela Hippodrome and the Dehesa de la Villa park.
This district is, without a doubt, a perfect setting for families looking for excellent quality living and single family homes.
