The garden is an ecosystem full of birds and vegetation, designed by a prestigious landscaper. It highlights an artificial river on 2 levels with waterfalls along its route. Amongst the trees there is a 1000-yr old olive tree, a 30 m high cedar tree, Mediterranean pines, 1 cedar pendulum, and  besides fruit trees, rosebushes, ferns, bamboos, pruno and a field of wild strawberries.

The property is located in Las Rozas de Madrid, is a municipality located just 20 kms. from the capital, practically attached to Majadahonda, is a residential area of high standing.
